He was born and raised in Portlaoise and aims to keep as much of his purchasing within his beloved home county.
In Portlaoise and the surrounding areas, we are blessed with exceptional suppliers of local, high quality food products and at Midlands Park Hotel we are determined to support local when and where we can.
